Setting Up the Manager Dashboard (Support for Admins)

The manager dashboard is a centralized place to help managers better understand what’s going on with their teams and how they can improve. This brand-new feature streamlines a manager’s team-specific data and reporting, eliminating the need for manually exporting and sharing results by admins. Help your managers help themselves, and your organization!

Activating the Manager Dashboard

The manager dashboard can be activated for all managers with at least five (5) direct and/or indirect reports in your organization from the Settings > Platform page.

To activate the manager dashboard click the “Activate Manager Dashboard” button in the top right corner of the page.

This will turn on the manager dashboard for all managers in your organization with five or more direct and/or indirect reports.

  • Once activated, the manager dashboard can be accessed immediately by refreshing the page, then clicking the View changer on the left navigation bar and selecting “Manager View”.

  • The manager dashboard can be deactivated at any time by clicking the “Deactivate” button in the top right corner of the manager dashboard settings page. Deactivating the dashboard will turn it off for all managers

Turning Widgets ON or OFF

As an admin, you have control over which widgets your managers will be allowed access to. By default, all widgets are turned ON.

Any widget can be turned off by navigating to the Manager Widget Settings sections and clicking the green toggle switch next to the widget you would like turned off.

  • If any manager has already set up this widget on their dashboard it will be removed automatically.

  • The widget can be turned back on at any time.

  • You must have at least one widget turned ON at all times to utilize the manager dashboard.

The “Survey Results” widget has an additional setting to Show/Hide text responses.

Note!: If this setting is turned ON, the manager will see both the quantitative data and text response data from their reports in the Survey Results widget. If this setting is turned OFF, the manager will only see the quantitative data in the Survey Results widget.
