What Your Invitation Emails Will Look Like

Curious as to what your users' invitation emails are going to look like when you launch your organization's account or add a new user to your existing account? You are in luck! Here are all of the invitation emails that can be sent out to your users.

1. If you have Engage:
   1. And add a user to Onboard
   2. And add a user to Engage when a Pulse Survey is open
   3. And add a user to Engage when a Flexible Survey is open
   4. And add a user to Engage when no survey is open
   5. And a new Survey launches
   6. And update a user to be a Super Admin in your account before you launch

3. If you have Coach:
   1. And first add a user to Coach
   2. And update a user to be a Manager with direct reports
