Why do I have a Happiness Question and a Pulse Survey set to go out on the same day?

With Progress Plans, the Happiness Question cannot replace a Pulse Survey, so both will go out unless one of the following is done on weeks with a Happiness Question:

Pause Pulse Surveys (Manage Engage Surveys - Pause Pulse Surveys) so that no future Pulse Surveys will go out until you Resume Pulse Surveys again
Extend the current Pulse Survey (Manage Engage Surveys - Extend Pulse Surveys) so that the currently open Pulse Survey stays open for another week while the Flexible Survey is also open
