As of Sept. 15, 2023, Limeade Listening no longer supports web browsers that utilize Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 or 1.1.
Web browsers must utilize TLS 1.2 in order to function properly with Limeade Listening.
Limeade Listening gives you the flexibility to use a variety of popular browsers, however, only certain versions are supported. Make sure you are on the most current browser versions possible for the best Limeade Listening experience.
We fully support:
- Google Chrome 103 and above
- Mozilla Firefox 115 and above
- Microsoft Edge 103 and above
- Safari 10 and above
All other browsers are unsupported and service is not guaranteed. Users (both from the administrator and employee side) may experience an unappealing user interface and/or decreased functionality by using an unsupported browser. Everyone on an unsupported browser will be automatically redirected to the old Engage user interface with a permanent banner to update the browser for additional functionality.
So update your browser so you can take advantage of the latest and greatest Limeade Listening functionality! You are definitely missing out (and losing money) if you are on an older version so update today or talk to the IT administrator at your company for assistance.
